Meeting Attendance
We charge a minimum fee per meeting which is dependent on the length of each meeting and includes the following:
  • Review of the Agenda prior to the meeting
  • Travel to and from the meeting 
  • Attendance at the meeting
  • Emailing tasks (if required)
  • Elaborating on the meeting notes and providing a comprehensive draft set of minutes within 2 business days or less
  • Email follow-up for comments or amendments
  • Final set of minutes

Effective Minute Taking Corporate Training 

Meetings Into Minutes offers a corporate training package on Effective Minute Taking.  The training is suitable for Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants and staff who are required to attend meetings and take down minutes. This can include informal meetings, team meetings, planning offsites; or wanting to develop your skills with the aim of ultimately attending Board, AGM and Shareholder meetings.  Sessions run for 3 hours.
