Our professional minute takers can attend your team, board, or committee meeting, either in-person or online. We charge a minimum fee per meeting for professional minute taking services, which is dependent on the length of each meeting and includes the following:
- Review of the Agenda prior to the meeting
- Travel to and from the meeting
- Attendance at the meeting
- Emailing tasks (if required)
- Expanding meeting notes
- Providing a comprehensive draft set of minutes
- Email follow-up for comments or amendments
- Final set of minutes
We will provide you with a quote for a one-off meeting, ongoing assistance, or a day rate if required.
